Thanks for the free trial @illusory

Three months before I sent a message to him, He responded quickly to my private message but I was unable to test that moment as I was driving. I replied back that I will contact when I reach home but I forget. Fortunately a few days before I've seen this thread again on the homepage and then I realized that I forget to take a free trial.

I reached him immediately on skype and @illusory provided the private device and shared device pool to test. It's pretty decent speed and clean IP. Definitely I will subscribe to this service soon.

Hi! We have been experiencing high volumes of orders! We do make customers aware that during times such as this ― it can take up to 48 hours to deploy your personal proxy! Please reach out to support if you have questions!

Thanks

Small review:

I did a trial a few months ago when the service first became available. I didn't quite have my service going yet and I only used it for a short time. This time I was able to sign up and spend more time on it.
I signed up around 3pm PST and didn't get a response back until 5pm PST. I then didn't get my proxy for well over 24 hours after signing up and had been billed twice before ever getting the proxy.
Once I got the proxy I began testing it. Speed was between 7-10mb from many different speedtest sites.
I then started using it for my web scraping.
I logged IP's for over 24 hours.
107.77.227.xxx
107.77.228.xxx
107.77.229.xxx
107.77.230.xxx
107.77.231.xxx
I basically got these 5 blocks. Each block has 256 IP's within it. Which means 256 X 5 = 1280 IP's available. I asked on live chat about it and was told there are more IP's I'm just not getting them. While logging my IP's for over 24 hours (changing IP about once every 15 mins) I got many duplicates.
My scraping wasn't very successful due to the IP blocks being so similar and not much variety..
Overall I give Illusory 3 out of 10.
Customer Service is 2 out of 10.
Speed is 5 out of 10.
Quality is 3 out of 10.
Delivery/Setup 1 out of 10.

Hope the service gets better as I'd be back for more but at this point I can't use it.

Hi! You should have been contacted by support! We were experiencing high order volumes! Thanks for your patience! :)

Thanks so much for your feedback!

Sorry you had to wait for your proxy longer than wanted! To clarify - it does state on our website and this thread that proxy orders can take up to 48 hours to fulfill during high order volumes ― which we have been experiencing.

The proxy you purchased was a "daily subscription", however, do to our fault - you were charged before the proxy was received! Again, we apologize for that and from our records - I can see the rep extended your subscription to account for that with an additional day!

Overall, we always want to continue to improve and optimize our service! Thanks again for your valuable feedback! <3

Kindly

I have bought 1 day plan but dashboard is not working. You got my credit card info. If dashboard doesn't work and I see any transaction in my bank I will continue with legal actions.

Hi!

The dashboard should show a pending status upon signing up! If you are not seeing that — then it is likely your payment failed.

Definitely nothing to worry about though! <3
Support will reach out to you!

Hi. I tested Illusory with Python's requests module. But can not connect to https websites with illusory. I tested requests module with many different proxy service and never faced connection problem. Can one of your developer test illusory proxy with Python's requests module? I will be pleasure that. I don't want to use other proxy services on my project :) Btw tested socks5 protocol and still same problem.

Hi! So... We spoke via chat and I do not see that you have an account with us. Please reach out to support so we can determine any issues and/or if you are even speaking about our proxies — as there should be no issues at all with connecting to https :) thanks
