I will share my experience with illusory proxy service. I messaged here on BHW and was then sent a PM in which I replied. Within 8 hours I had a trial in my inbox.
I didn't specify a IP rotation time so he defaulted with no rotation (Static) which was good enough for my tests.
I've tested about 5 or 6 different providers in the past few days from BHW.
With illusory I found that the latency was very slow. I also noticed a lot of leaks detected from whatleaks.com website. I also was having a hard time doing a speedtest from speedtest.net so I tried dslreports.com one and it worked.
Here are a few screenshots of what I found. What I did notice is that if I went and played "stories" on Instagram they would lag and stop to buffer a bunch. I think the proxy is 5 out of 10. The customer service is 8 out of 10.

Regarding latency / speed — proxies run on AT&T with unlimited data. Though, speed varies dependent on time of day and network congestion. In any case, looks like your dl speed was good.

More than anything, we’d like to work to improve on every front — so these points are being duly noted.

And my ping time was much smaller. see image also. When I was using the one IP's I got from the trial they were very laggy and sites wouldn't load very quickly. If I get to a place where I need them I'll try it again. And I'm happy that you are going to work on every front to improve the proxy.
Are you using phones or actual usb modems? If phones that might be why it was showing leaks and latency was lower. When I do speed tests on my phone I notice my ping is higher than on a 4G usb modem or hotspot.
