Placed an other for a Domain+Adsense approval for a difficult country. And after waiting up to 3 weeks, the account and domain was approved. The ads are currently showing on the site.

Just received the account/website and all is working. Unfortunately it took a while for it to get approved however that was 100% my fault due to some past website issues, as soon as I fixed it on my end it was applied for AdSense within a couple days and was accepted not long after. I never got Non-Hosted Adsense account in my life until i met this gentleman.
Account approved in just 3 days.
He did a lot of work. He created a entire site for me which is awesome and looked genuine. He just asked for wordpress details.
I was kept informed about adsense updates.

In India getting adsense is very difficult and he did the job. I highly recommend him if you are struggling to get your adsense approved.
