It would be so nice if you add a tool where I can see my Unfollowers. So that I am able to unfollow them.

You mean like a actual list of who you are following so you can manually unfollow specific users within FollowPlanner?

My biggest issue with follow planner is that you have to do everything manually. The interface is perfect and the fact that you don't need any VPS makes it even more accessible. The problem is:
1. there is no embedded browsing
2. it is very tiresome not to have a list where you can see all of the accounts at once and can perform group actions
3. bulk uploading, bulk messaging and bulk bio changes need to be implemented
4. the way of copying your follow/unfollow settings is very clunky and its again not efficient
5. and obviously Auto DM

If these points are implemented in follow planner it is hands down the single best tool on the market. Way better than jarvee/gmt2.
I hope the team sees this and makes sure add these features, the biggest one being the group actions and copying of settings

Is there any support here? I left 3 tickets in FollowPlanner interface, but still not received any help. Very bad.

How can I solve problem with INACTIVE accounts? I see only error message with "contact support...". I tried to remove acc from FP, but can't add it again(

FollowPlanner doesn't have embedded browser (like Jarvee or GMT2). How can I solve EV / PV in FollowPlanner?

FYI - they just ban my account without any reason (I don's post anything / no links / no advertising in my accounts. Just Follow). I think its because I post information above in this forum.

Don't waste your time on this software. You don't get any help (their knowledgebase absolutely useless). And they can just ban you without any reason at any time.

Don't up this thread by posting "I love FollowPlanner!"

There are some other bots in the Marketplace, that relally work.

p.s. I don't sell / advertise any bot / software here. But I can compare this software with others. And STRONGLY NOT reccomend it.

Good to know that the support is non-existent... almost changed my business that has roughly 300 accounts from FollowLiker to this. But that would be chaotic... the funnier thing is that your post was totally ignored by the "King" hahahahaha As I read earlier... "you shouldn't use software that there's shitty support if you are not a kid fooling around". I see this kind of noob mistakes in new businesses I just wanna laguh. Going blindly for the GMT2, thanks for sharing.

Roughly 95% of submitted tickets are non-bug related. Most tickets simply request us to help them set things up that are explained thoroughly in the database, so oftentimes there is a delay when responding to tickets. While I'm not going to dive into the specifics of that specific user, their experience is not typical. Our support and service consistently improves, and we answer 85% of tickets within 48 hours; unfortunately, we can't always please everyone.

However, in the meantime, we're just about ready to launch our biggest upgrade ever.

This update includes:

- There are no more page reloads when navigating through FollowPlanner. For example, this will allow you to switch between accounts much faster.
- The Planner schedule table now auto-saves after you click the blocks
- The Interact feature was redesigned from zero, it is now much easier to specify what actions do you want to perform during the interact blocks.
- You can now use the same sources for Interacting as for following and for each target, the bot will select the best post to interact with - based on your settings
- The scheduling system remains the same as before, but the media library is now much smarter and easier to use. You can now share media items between accounts, without the need to upload or scrape them for each account individually
- You can now schedule posts at a specific date and time, instead of the “set and forget“ system, this is useful for any paid campaigns you might be doing
- Carousel posts can be edited after scraping or creating them, just drag and drop the carousel items and the new order will be instantly saved
- Managing your accounts and their settings/profile have never been easier with FollowPlanner. Instead of the old popups, each account now gets their own sub-page where you can see and adjust every detail of them. We also added support for adding @mentions and #hashtags in the biography of the accounts.
- Connecting new accounts is much more reliable now, we reimplemented the whole account adding flow to make sure all accounts can be added easily. Please note that importing accounts is currently disabled as we are working on releasing an improved version of the importer for large number of accounts.
- Managing your FollowPlanner subscription is also completely new, you can now switch between the different plan sizes without the need to cancel your subscription. We will now correctly prorate your subscription when upgrading or automatically refund you when you cancel or downgrade.
- We have a completely new section, “Assets”. Here you will find all your assets that can be shared between accounts. Currently this includes Sources, User lists (to be used as white/blacklists, engagement group automation and more), Planner presets. In the near future we will be adding more types of assets as we prepare for managing large number of Instagram accounts.

There are so many changes we can’t even list them all, but we are sure you will like them. This whole upgrade was necessary so that we can continue moving forward fast and adding new features constantly.

Some features we have in the pipeline for the near future:

- support for private accounts
- auto DM after followback
- media editor tools (crop, rotate, adjust colors and other settings)
- tags support for the media library
- account categorization
- hashtag lists in Assets
- scrape saving for automatic downloading of new content
- support for adding media from saved collections and DMs with just a single click

The caption template is complicated. Most people don't use it correctly, but it's a very difficult tool to use. We're planning making it more efficient in future updates. We should hopefully get to your ticket soon, but there might be a delay as we're pushing the new update soon.
