I have messaged multiple times in the help desk on follow planner and I have yet to receive 1 response. My proxy is approved, my accounts are "logged in", but I can not enable my accounts to do anything in the free trial. I also asked about whether we are in control of optimizing targeting, if there is a way to filter out ghost followers, and alot more like that but I can not even get my accounts to log in or get a response. Please tell me what's wrong and answer the emails I have sent it has
been a couple days.

Is there any support here? I left 3 tickets in FollowPlanner interface, but still not received any help. Very bad.
How can I solve problem with INACTIVE accounts? I see only error message with "contact support...". I tried to remove acc from FP, but can't add it again(
FollowPlanner doesn't have embedded browser (like Jarvee or GMT2). How can I solve EV / PV in FollowPlanner?

Don't waste your time on this software. You don't get any help (their knowledgebase absolutely useless). And they can just ban you without any reason at any time.

There are some other bots in the Marketplace, that relally work.
p.s. I don't sell / advertise any bot / software here. But I can compare this software with others. And STRONGLY NOT reccomend it.

Are you planning to add an ability to auto DM new followers anytime soon?
To upgrade it says to cancel account first. Will I need to re-enter all of the acct info again after purchasing a larger account?
Its working good for me so far - I just wish it had the ability to auto DM new followers.

Auto-DM is in the pipeline, but it won't be in the next update. You shouldn't need to re-enter information if you are using the same account. If it does, contact support and we can move your information over.

I don't if someone has add it but...
It would be so nice if you add a tool where I can see my Unfollowers. So that I am able to unfollow them.
