YouTube better niche slection

I want create a channel but i can't think which niche will be better ...
Need suggestion and instruction how to start...

Whatever you're interested in is the best niche for you. If you produce quality content, it'll go big. It's not about keywords and SEO with YouTube, it's more about making videos with quality content about something you care about.

If you're looking to make money, YouTube isn't the best place for that, as only the top 3% of YouTubers even make money on the site, and they aren't even able to make a ton.

I don't need money from this now , i want a topic on which i can create minimum 1 or 2 video daily and make a audience for my channel

You could try compilations (example: Fail Compilation, Food Compilations etc.). The list for compilations is long and you can find content all over the internet for that.
