Followliker works with no problem when accounts are on my ip running from my laptop. But I'm limited to the amount of accounts I can run because I don't want to ban my IP for spam.
I just checked the company you commended & the price for dedicated proxies seem cool.

They said they would be doing maintenance on october 20th and it would take about 12hours, now its been 9 days and nothing works.

Yes they had their maintenance, but everything works for me still. They had problems with the upgrade.
