Found this line at the source code

wp-content/themes/jupiterx

So mostly likely it's from Jupiter X theme, but I have checked their demos and they don't have specifically for a Gym website, maybe that's coming from one of their demo and modified. You might want to check their list of demo's here http://bit.ly/2PEUZOF and maybe you can find the correct demo they used.
