How much does it cost to setup the said company?
Don't you have to be physically there to open an account if you open a LLC?
No, you do not personally need to be there. You can create a company, get an EIN, and have all necessary steps done for less than 100-200 USD. I see a lot of posts on payment processors on the forums. I'm considering opening a thread to provide a bit of information, specifically on Stripe.
