Hello gents, I sell a product online for a specific health condition.
Getting multiple sales for it daily + scaling and can get more data.
I'm looking to sell the customer data on an ongoing basis.
Does anyone know how / where I can sell it and to whom?

The data is very high quality:
- non-anonymized
- single health condition
- age range
- USA only
- all customers spent approx. minimum $70 - $400 on the solution
- name
- phone number
- physical address
- email address
- payment method

My thoughts:
I know some people sell their customer data to high ticket health coaches who then call them and sell them on high ticket stuff, so that's probably ideal, alternatively could be some clinic with expensive treatment or marketing agency that works with them?

Not sure. Would appreciate any suggestions / tips / your insights.
My terms of service would make this legal (to my knowledge its possible) so its not blackhat / illegal.

Hoping to get significantly more than ad CPMs.

Isn't this highly dangerous to buy or sell because medical records are protected by law?

I highly doubt it applied for my specific case since I dont have much if any medical info on them.

I understand that you are looking to explore options for selling customer data related to a specific health condition. While it's important to acknowledge that privacy and data protection regulations vary by jurisdiction, and it's crucial to comply with applicable laws and regulations, I can provide you with some general information and considerations.

  1. Data Privacy and Legal Compliance: Ensure that you are in compliance with relevant data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are dealing with data from individuals in the European Union, and other applicable regulations in the regions where your customers are located. Familiarize yourself with the specific requirements for obtaining and selling customer data.
  2. Ethical Considerations: Selling customer data raises ethical concerns, as customers may not expect their personal information to be shared with third parties. Be transparent and obtain explicit consent from customers regarding the collection and potential sharing of their data.
  3. Targeted Health Coaches or Clinics: High-ticket health coaches or clinics specializing in the specific health condition you are targeting may be interested in purchasing targeted customer data to reach potential clients. Research health coaches or clinics with a reputable track record and explore potential partnerships or data exchange agreements.

Hello chatGPT

Anyway @opscurus, im not sure about the US. But in the EU, selling any of the information you've listed is not legal - even though you attempt to anonymize the data.

What prompted you to give me legal advice? If its my phrasing I'd like to know how I could correct it, because I did not intend to ask anyone's opinion on the legality of the matter, there are lawyers for that.

You asked for "any suggestions / tips / your insights". My insight is, that it's illegal in the EU.
