in your opinion which is better making money
with a website ?
or by creating an application ?
I want to learn one of them because I think those are the best and the easiest way to make money but I have no experience before and I don't know what I have to chose

The question seems odd. You're asking if making a website will generate more money than making an app? Or which type of design/programming skills you should learn to make money. I'd say app production. There are more people out there with website knownledge so you're bound to be more successful in the app marketplace.

websites are much easier to make than apps if you're starting with 0 experience.

I would say an app has a higher probability of being profitable simply because the barriers to entry are higher than on a website. Of course, you are then at the mercy of the app store gods.
