Sorry, a bit of a late response here, but I had requested a review copy and was successfully able to receive it very soon after requesting the copy. This is my review:
Pros:
I was a bit bummed with my own personal outcome (again, this is completely my fault. I was hopeful that customer service would be a bit more forgiving of my own mistakes, but they are totally within their rights to hold firm):
Anyways, I think PST.net runs a trustworthy service. Would have loved to fully validate it on social media ad spend, but I was able to validate that the money indeed exists in the account (I think I made a $1 purchase somewhere to validate that the money was real money and not fun money).
Pros:
- Delivered as promised: I deposited money, the money shows up in the account, the money is usable
- Customer service is responsive usually within 24 hours
- The service (i.e. website and dashboard) is easy to use and understand
- Positioned well for customers with larger budgets
- Not positioned as well for customers with smaller budgets (myself or anyone 'testing the waters' ): New customers pay $10 to issue a card, $10 every month to keep the card active, 10% of funds added to the account, $5 fee to deposit amounts under $50 into the account. This means that if you want to test the waters (e.g. to see if it works with your FB account, to just see what results FB marketing can give), you may end up spending $25 in fees to test out $10-$20 worth of ads. That said, I think once you are sold on the idea that it works with your account and you want to use a specific ad platform, then this is no longer a problem.
- Customer service didn't have much leniency for user errors. This is reasonable (if I made a mistake, that is on me), though one can always hope for above and beyond customer service for minor grievances
- If you have a reasonable ad budget of ~$100, then this service is likely reasonable for you (total fees would be something like 20% of your ad budget)
- If you have a large ad budget of ~$500+, then this service is really good for you
- If you are just testing the waters and can secure a review copy, I would definitely recommend giving these guys a shot.

- I was new to FB ads marketing (buying FB ad account, warming it up, setting up payment, etc)
- I had warmed up a FB account that I had purchased and was based in Philippines
- I received a PST.net review copy ($10 card issue fee waived, deposited $10 into account, paid $5 fee due to the fact that deposit was under $50)
- I added the credit card to my purchased FB account and the FB account was immediately and permanently blocked by FB
- As such, the $10 in the account was stuck there. I think I made a $1 purchase on a non-ad product somewhere to verify that the money was indeed real. When I finally got another FB account and warmed it up sufficiently, I had just hit the 1 month mark of the PST.net account, and the $10 monthly fee ate up the rest of my original deposit.
- I considered putting another $10 deposit into the account, but I was wary of the additional $5 fee and that FB might recognize that the existing card number was associated with a banned account, and would ban my new account...resulting in another $15 loss.
- I asked customer service if I could get the monthly fee refunded so I can actually test the account on FB ads, but my request was denied.
