Tried PST.net for Google Ads and here is my fair review:
- Issued 2 cards for main and backup method
- Both Visa and MasterCard cards worked fine, all was successful, but... for some reason $1K balance on the card became unusable for charges, even $150 cannot be paid.
Customer service told that there are some payments on hold which are not charged from my balance but all payments are charged with initial status on hold and balance is charged real-time. Moreover, the difference between my payments and total top-up is exactly $1k, which is trackable via statement.
Strange case, I have withdrawn the funds to main account balance to recharge the second card and keep my ads running, but I'm sad to say that after declined charges due to the above mentioned issue campaigns were stopped and account is most likely red-flagged even after successful payment from the second card. 3 weeks ago Completed Advertiser Verification was also rejected and had to submit the documents again to proceed and hope that it will survive. Maybe someone experienced similar issue when the available balance of your card in PST dashboard is NOT actually available for spending?

We have confirmed transactions from these merchants, for such purchases we suggest using Universal cards (with our without 3Ds)

We don't have a tutorial, as that is quite simple in fact:
You sign up at PSTNET website, then you top-up the account balance (in crypto or other available option), then click on "Issue card" button, and that's it!

If you want to use our cards for trials only, that's unavailable. Can you send a link or sth like that to the service you want to use our cards for so we can check whether we have confirmed transactions there?
Even if we don't, that doesn't mean that our cards won't work there, it just means that nobody tried to use our cards there thus we don't know yet
Our cards do work when tied to PayPal (US accounts only) and can be used to pay for PayPay invoices as well. 3Ds card is the best fit for that
NB: we noticed that when you use our card to pay for PayPal invoices only, it is better to use one for no more that 3-4 consequent transactions

Yep, we use our cards for our Twitter subscription, for this service Universal card without 3Ds is the best fit
Our cards can be used for that, but only if you have a US PayPal account, as our cards have US BINs. Universal card with 3Ds is the best fit for that
We don't have PayPal top-up option available, so the crypto is best
We have added several new coins which can be used for top-up, so our users can choose one most convenient

Hi!
1) Names: our cards are provided without a name, so you can use any name you need (in case with advertising accounts, it's better to use one of the account)
2) Our cards don't support cashapp, though we don't have any restrictions for FB and Google payment services. For that you gonna need our 3Ds card and US FB/Google account. We must note that our cards are successfully tied to Google Pay in, like 60% of all cases, so it may not work for everyone
3) For now our cards support only payments, you can't receive money on our cards, as they don't have such features at the moment

If you plan to sue our cards for trials only, we suggest not doing that, as usually when trials end and the merchant tries to charge the money from the card without balance, our partner banks may block such card
However we have no restrictions for the Amazon, and have quite a lot of confirmed transactions from this merchant
