URGENT: WHICH METHOD WILL WORK TO MAKE MONEY FAST

Hey Guys,
I have access to over thousands of verified Email addresses from Yellow Pages.
I have a software that scrape this email address, phone number, location, address etc.
Now, I want to sell my SEO service and Website Design/Development offer to this people/company.

My QUESTIONS:
1. Should I send bulk email to them at once.
2. Should I contact them individual by sending email one address after the other.
(Only 200 Email address Limit daily) Or Use Cpanel Address.
3. Should I call them via Google Voice (Cold Calling)

Which method(s) do you think is the best and will surely work out that will lead to engagement and sales.

Split the list into groups, try a different method of contact for each group then scale the one that shows the most results.

Make sure you have a good script and a fine-tuned service to offer them.

Put yourself in the prospective clients shoes. If you were a business how would you like an SEO marketer like you to approach? This goes without saying that sending mass emails will make you look less professional even though your service is good. I personally wouldn't respond to such an email. Cold calling is a bit of 50/50.
To answer you, before you even start you need to gain credibility, have a good website and a portfolio showing how you'v helped other businesses rank in the past.
Alternatively you could sort ot the list to only 20 prospects (identify ones that could afford and are really could do with some SEO), start a relationship via email, get to know about them then present your offer. This may take longer but there will be definately higher chances of success.

If you want to make easy money you can get a daily fresh list of new domains and the whois info. That are awesome leads, you can sell them hosting, search engine submission etc.

Davids355 makes a good point and I think that's what's going to work best for you. I get tons of emails with people offering such services on a daily basis. You need to try and differentiate yourself from the rest. Try offering something for free to bait your potential customers. First though, split your list and try all the methods. Conversion rates are the best for cold calls but you've to see whether the number of cold calls required to make the conversion is worth the effort or not.

To add on to this, testing multiple times would work best. Bigger numbers = more reliable numbers.

I think that the most right way is to test all variants. But it seems to me the second one will be mostly effective.

Bulk email is never a good strategy @xtraf . You should first email, and then follow up on that email with a cold call-- using whichever company you think works best for you.
