SMM Heaven - Scammed, Unhelpful Customer Service, Lack Transparency

    Hello all, despite all the decent/good reviews on SMM Heaven, I have had the worst experience with them.

    The first time I used it, I had ordered 3 services, the same service for 3 different YT video links at one go.

    Only 1 was successful, the views came within 3 days. I was pleased with the speed and retention rate.
    I thought that the other 2 orders would only be processed after the first order was completed, however, the views did not come despite it being on 'pending'. Thus, I asked for an explanation from support.

    Without asking me, they cancelled the orders from their side, and suggested that I try another service due to an update. So I tried another service that was suggested by the support team. However, I received NO views at all from the point of ordering, till 21 hours later. (The service stated that the start time was 'instant'.)

    I asked them to resolve this, but instead they CANCELLED my orders due to a problem with their server, and wanted me to re-submit them again.

    Even though they had stated that they cancelled the order, the panel showed that it was still 'pending', and that my money had not been refunded. Only after I told them to cancel and refund, did they do it, stating there was an issue with the status.

    They also assured me that my new order would be completed in a few hours. The next night, the order was not completed at all, in fact, it never started! So, I asked again, for an update to that order. I was given the same answer, that they have sent my order to the provider to figure out the problem and to complete the order in the shortest time possible.

    I explained my situation again, made an order (explain what my expectations were), and asked for an explanation for why the orders are either 1) slow or 2) not initiated at all. The reply from support was unhelpful, only trying to upsell one of their services. They also told me that the problem with YT has been resolved, and was ready to provide me with views.

    Unfortunately, the views did not come in. And upon seeing their reply of 'Ok sir' only frustrated me further as there was no explanation nor, movement on the order at all. Thus, I asked for a clear and thorough explanation from them. This was their reply:

    Is this what is to be expected of all SMM services? It seems that SMM Heaven is not the supplier at all. They keep referring to a provider. I would like to get a refund for my balance, and if my current pending order does not go through, I am expecting SMM Heaven to refund that as well. This is very unprofessional for such a company to not have transparency nor any form of adequate customer service.

    I believe I'm being scammed. Clearly, this company can't be trusted.

    I asked them if they were scammers, and they assured me that they are not. They also assured me that there are thousands of reasons why the orders are not being processed. Thus, I asked them what the reasons are.
    Look at their reply in the image. They also assured me that the order will be processed.

    Despite the status saying that the order is in progress, from the point of their last message, till now, the next day, more than 24 hours later, there has been no movement that I can see from my YT analytics on that video.

    first of all, I wanted to excuse us if you have faced any issues while using our panel.

    as most of these services you have mentioned we provide on our own, we can always cancel and refund them for you.

    my skype contact is mentioned on the BHW forum, you are always able to contact me directly in case the issue could not be solved by staff.

    we know about the delays in the Youtube delivery, as we were running some improvements on the server and notified the clients who suffered, that we are able to cancel or to complete with bonus, or 100% free.

    just tell me which option will suit you and we will accept it.


    The youtube service is now up again and running smoothly, the speed as mentioned, we are processing the orders in the queue, and canceling all per request.

    Had the exact same problems with this panel 6 months ago. You are correct. It's just one guy who runs the entire panel. All those fake customer support names are just 1 guy living in the Middle East. I had several orders that never started or were marked as completed. In the screenshot below he assured me that he would change the rate for a Tidal service. He never did but I still ordered at that rate and never got a single play on any Tidal order.

    Never received a single thing that I ordered. Just like you showed in your screenshots, he just made up excuses and stalled for time while blaming the providers. I would provide more screenshots of the support tickets but he banned my account after I won the PayPal disputes and got my my money back when he refused. I can show screenshots of the PayPal disputes if need be.

    He is nothing more than a middle man and doesn't actually provide any services himself. Eventually I had to file disputes with PayPal to get my money back since he refused to ever refund any of my orders. I spent about $1,500+ on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Tidal orders. None were ever delivered.

    I'm trying to figure out why this guy was allowed to keep selling on here when his sales thread was already shut down earlier this year for the exact reasons this ShitList was opened. Please see the attached screenshot for why Apricot closed his thread. (You can see he was already busted for directly reselling services as well by the Mods. He literally admits in the his screenshot that his panel is a RESELLER PANEL!)

    Stay very far away from this scammer and his panel.

    also, you can check all the tickets have absolutely different level of English knowing and the style of phrases if you think i am that good thank you :)

    Your customer support team stated multiple times that they will 'sent the order to the provider'. Despite the last reply from the support on your panel, there has been NO movement at all on the views, even if the order's status is shown as 'in progress'. Before using your service, I wrote to you on Skype. Had no reply despite the fact that you saw the messages.

    Other than that, your staff or you, did not inform me to hold off ordering any service that has to do with Youtube. Instead of doing that, they/you wanted me to buy another service for Youtube. If you have problems with Youtube or is having a slowdown with Youtube related services, why did you not announce or inform it in your newsfeed?

    As it is more than 4 hours, and still no movement on the order, nor a reply from @smm-heaven, and no refund...it seems clear that the panel is a scam, and I've been robbed.

    To the BHW community, any ideas what I should do now? Of course, I intend to spread awareness on this until I'm refunded.

    The community has no say in this unless they are directly involved in your particular situation.

    4 hours is also not a reasonable time frame to wait due to the variety of time zones we have on BHW.

    Okay, @BassTrackerBoats, considering his last post was 40 mins before mine, what sort of time frame would you suggest I give @smm-heaven to respond and resolve this?

    Ultimately, all I really want is the instant implementation of my order carried out, not excuses nor misdirection for why orders were not being processed. Keep in mind that I have already asked them to expedite the order through their site, 2 days ago. Yet, still nothing.

    If @smm-heaven is able to fulfill all my purchased orders within the next 48 hours, then I would not be asking for a refund. They need be transparent in their actions, as well as announce to all their clients about any technical difficulties they may be experiencing.They should tell their customers not to make purchases if their services are broken or experiencing downtime.

    24 hours is quite reasonable.

    @smm-heaven - refund all of the accusers in this thread inside of 24 hours.

    Failing to do so will cause me to shut your sales thread down at the very minimum.

    Once your refunds are completed please do not buy from his service going forward.

    I talked to the support again yesterday night in regards to the order, this was their reply.

    This morning, I checked my order status, and it was cancelled on their side, despite them stating that they were doing everything they could.

    @smm-heaven, I would appreciate if you could refund my US$19.33 to my Paypal. If you need my details to complete the refund, PM me. As it has been 10 hours since the moderator's last post (at 1.17am), you have 14 hours left to refund me in full.

    Unfortunately Bass - they always come back, sometimes using other usernames...
    we cannot satisfy everyone, but sometimes a 2nd and 3rd chance after improvements keeps the client with for a long time, providing a positive result and a both side beneficial collaboration.

    I cannot provide a username or order IDs simply because you banned my account from your panel. You also blocked me on Skype after our last conversation. If you want me to send you the PayPal transaction details for the 3 payments I sent to you that you need to refund me for then you will need to unblock me.

    Already sent the Transaction IDs to you on Skype. You have chosen to ignore me for some time now. I suggest you send me the refund for all 3 immediately. I have sent them again for the 4th time.
