    What I will say is this. I have a very busy 6 weeks coming up; UK again on Sunday for 10 days, then Milan week after then 2 weeks later am off to Dubai and Oman early December.

    As you can clearly see from my PayPal activity/transactions, the payment status for both of these transactions are still showing "COMPLETED". If these had been REFUNDED already then the payment status would show "REFUNDED" like the other transactions show. He has failed to refund me for these 2 transactions because he says he "doesn't have access to these PayPal accounts anymore". Furthermore, he sent me an invoice on one of these transactions that show "Content Writing" for $60 even though it was an invoice to deposit funds to his panel obviously.

    I have provided all the necessary information regarding the refunds, with the screenshot proofs of conversations, where more than claimed were refunded.

    so I will not be going to refund any penny to this scammer, as he already registered multiple accounts on my panel and two times disputed us.

    I've never seen someone burn through two different moderators in a shit list. Moderators aren't condoms to be burnt through because you don't like them.

    I've spoken with @BassTrackerBoats regarding this shit list, so I'm not going to overrule his or misterf's decision to get @CREAMLLC a refund.

    @smm-heaven, refund the remaining $180 that @CREAMLLC is requesting in the screenshots below within 30 hours. If you fail to do this, I will be forced to permanently ban you from the forum and teach you about refunds myself after I refund your Jr. VIP membership.
    @CREAMLLC, I'm not going to tolerate any insults. If you call me incompetent like you called @MisterF or rush me in any way, I will take action against you.

    I suggest to keep this thread open as it seems you keep ignoring customer refund requests if they don't escalate it to BHW.

    I've been very patient and the order value is only $3-4, but my issue as well as @sulkster's post above my post show how you just ignore customers as long as possible.

    I honestly think you should be banned from BHW if you don't change the way you treat customer issues for good.

    Non-delivered order got finally refunded. Almost 2 months after notifying the vendor.
