    hahah! Smm-Heaven is the biggest SHIT ever! They always have excuses why they put the status to complete without delivering! Just stay away. This Support is just dumb and doesnt understand any case. You tell them something and they tell you they cant refund a order that is not delivered but on complete. Because the link was wrong. then they send me screenshot of the rules of the panel..

    Common sense:
    You buy something - it goes trough - status: completed

    Smm-Heaven sense:
    Customer buys service - put wrong link - Status: Complete not refundable...

    But even the provider will not charge money on services they dont deliver..

    So dont use SMM-Heaven... but beside their shit rules .... Most of their 1231902312 services are not working at all.. Thanks

    We are providing some services on our own - TRUE

    To keep our list working and to keep our clients stick with us - we surely re-sell services as well.

    Lately, some of the Facebook, IG, services due to their massive checks & updated, started to give such malfunctions or maybe it is because of the Panel SCRIPT issue, cannot say for sure, but for any order with such problem - we gladly help to sort it as everyone know that such issue took place.

    Why we don't disable these services? - because according to our observations such issue appears not more than in 5-10% of the orders.
    By the way sorry you faced it:(


    i will try to sort everything and answer any questions you have regarding our services,
    if you wish to continue the conversation here in SL to keep it transparent, fine with me as well.

    as per our commitment, if any issue appears from our or the provider's part, we take responsibility, there are specifical time frames like 5 days after the order submission we cannot claim refund, we need this time to get this order canceled by the provider and his team for example, if its our own service you should ge the refund within 24-72 hr after all the checks are done.
    and in any case, you can get your order canceled and refunded after 7 days(nevermind we got it refunded by supplier, or not)


    hope this can help a little to understand how the process works and why sometimes it takes more time, as we have working staff as well with limited permissions.
    People who provide you the answers to tickets on the 1st level, do not have the ability to return funds to you or to cancel any order, unfortunately this is necessary for security reasons.

    once again sorry for any issue you had to face, hopefully, we can resolve this in an amicable way!

    SMM-Heaven he has always same reasons , he is travelling and he is always busy with something , he loves to take people money and he never give back , he stole my 6000$ ......

    I have bought a children's panel with a LIFETIME guarantee and each month they unsubscribe, I must start tickets in addition to waiting more than 72 hours for them to respond and activate it ALWAYS THE SAME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PAGE IT HAS TAKEN A LOT OF MONEY.

    I second this! SMM Heaven is not good. Their followers drop and likes drop and they refuse to refill them saying it's not their likes/ followers that fell off... like what is the evidence? they refuse to share the evidence. I'm tired of having to repurchase every day.

    I have some evidence to help your case.
    And Maybe this is a stupid question but,

    I've tried both Instant Fans and SMM Heaven. Both panels have a refill option for followers, but it is only valid for 30 days. They are 100% of the time going to start falling off and gradually get back to 0, after the 30d refill window passes. I'm experiencing it already.

    So, does this mean that if I purchase followers, I'll have to continuously pay for them about 1x a month or so?

    OR, are there any panels out there with followers that stick OR unlimited refill window?
