Problem with PayPal + Visa Prepaid Card (Vanille)

So as I said in a previous topic, I wanted to buy Followliker but I had some problems.
I couldn't pay because it gave me an error at the checkout.

I now know how and why.
Let me explain the story:
I connected my Visa prepaid card to PayPal (Bought the card in the US, I'm Dutch so I connected it to a Dutch PayPal account.)
NOW I need to verify the card. When I tried to do that it said that it's an invalid visa card. (Which is weird because it IS a Visa card with 50 dollars on it. So now I can't access the money and dont know how to get the money on my PayPal account..

PS: YES, I know FL is like 120 dollars, I have the right amount of money inside PayPal and Visa TOGETHER, That's why I wanted to buy FL with BOTH PayPal AND Visa together!

Any help would be appreciated!

Paypal will not allow you to do so as the card is registered in another country. VCC are largely blocked from purchasing using Paypal as payment processor. Use the VCC to make payment on Freelancer.com to your own account as service rendered. Then withdraw out to paypal to make purchases. This should work.

yeah that's a problem.. I would hope someone could sell paypal accounts not only from the US but from European countries.

There is other seller for European paypal but they are not selling on BHW. I think UK is one of the common ones. PM me if you need help as I intend to keep the sources private for my own usage.
 
I would recommend you paying someone to do the purchase and you pay them with either your VCC or the balance on it.

That's not going to work. I need some real verified PayPal accounts!

If they are not on BHW I'm 95% sure I will enter into a SCAM - what forums are they active on? if no forums so they can risk their reputation by scamming people then I'm out.. it's not something I want to spend time or money on!
 
That's also the problem, I can't pay with the credit card now.. So I can't send it to someone else

It is a popular forum that niche on Paypal/ ebay and much more reputable/authority than BHW in terms of Paypal/ ebay matters. I think some of the guys here would already know that forum. The reason why it is not commonly talk about on BHW because this forum is more targeted on IM. Not specifically on Paypal/ebay matters.
