Hello All,

I have a staple short paragraph at the end of my articles:

Along the lines of " We always want you to make the right decision for your purchase, you don't need the best one - you need the right one. So please don't hesitate to reach out to us via comment or email us here etc etc."

I have this on all my articles, is this bad? Quetext now detects it always lol

Thanks,
Josh

Duplicate content is bad for two reasons :

When there are several versions of content available, it's hard for search engines to determine which version to index, and subsequently show in their search results. This lowers performance for all versions of the content, since they're competing against each other.

Duplicate content confuses Google and forces the search engine to choose which of the identical pages it should rank in the top results. Regardless of who produced the content, there is a high possibility that the original page will not be the one chosen for the top search results.

To remove duplicate content from own website :

Here are the three ways I recommend.

• The rel=canonical tag. In most cases, the rel=canonical tag is the best way to transfer SEO juice from a duplicate page to another page....
• 301 redirect. Sometimes, you don't want the duplicate of your web page to stick around....
• Set passive parameters in Google Search Console.
