You need to be cloaking if you're using burn accounts, no exceptions. Otherwise you burn the money pages/accounts and it cost double the work for progress.

I don't mean at the same time, but:

lets say I use a $450 credit account. use up all the credit on my campaign etc. Once the credit is over, i cancel the campaign.

I then buy another $450 account, and use that account to make another campaign for the same site. Obviously not running two campaigns at the same time. Or do I need a cloaker for that too.
