is the case, then it explains why it can't be refreshed very often during a day, so it should simply just be made more clear, I think, for instant it could be shown on the HELP (?) button there.. just my 2cents.

When I compare it, then not in your system but towards 1 competing company who offers the same service as you, and then a different tool that not directly was meant to be used for this but can be used on specific keywords. For instant yesterday, when you system said No.11 it actually was No.8 and only hours later it showed up.....

Anyway, take it as input not as anyway to offend you..

Our on-demand keyword update limits are listed on the signup page, and after every category refresh, you will see a notification with how many remaining refreshes you have.

Your site for the keyword is currently moving up in the rankings, which is a good sign. SerpBook was able to pick up this change a few hours before you saw the rank update on your end.

You can add notes directly into your graph at the bottom of each category.
