You should really fix your script! It's buggy and not showing the current ranking of your site always! The Refresh button does nto work probarly, I clicked it 2 times during a period of 12 hours and it told me the 3rd time all refreshes are used!
When I use other tools to double check the ranking there is almost always differences in what your system shows compared to the others.. For a paid service I think it is just not good enough.

Hi there, as explained in your support email earlier, you are allocated 75 keyword refreshes a day (3x your package), since your category contains 24 keywords, you are able to refresh your category 3 times a day.
Your keywords are already being updated every 2 hours, so when you manually push an update to your account, you will most likely see very subtle changes in rankings.
Here is an example of a before and after keyword refresh, most of the keyword rankings are still the same, with only a few differences.
