Logged in this morning to find a very strange bug. I only have one category. All of my keywords have been removed and there is just one row with keywords which are irrelevant to my campaign and obviously mixed up with another user in the database. Any idea what's going on?

In serpbook:

Keyword 1 google position: 31 up6+ (clicking on magnifying glass I see that I am on page 4 on top)
Checking in google manually--> I am on page 6?

How could this be possible.

Hi there, please ensure that you have cleared your cookies and you are logged out of your Google account prior to doing a search (otherwise you may get personalized results). You can use the Spyglass feature to verify any rankings.

Just a suggestion can you add feature like button to automatically update keyword rank. Today whole day on serpbook my keyword dropped 160 down and then when i checked it manually via serpbook browser it was rank 2. And it was whole day like that not updated. It just now jumped back to 2nd position it was clearly dance but serpbook need to update it quickly so we can know. Serp book probably have own time when it's updating or something like that. it would be awesome to add some button to update manually when we click on button it check specific keyword position and update it in serpbook position.

It's the last one, you can have 10 total keywords.

Hi there, unfortunately at the moment we do not have an instant update button because your rankings are updated so frequently.

Hi there, it would be the latter one, you can track up to 10 keywords across 10 domains (10 keyword/domain combinations).
