I have used SERPBook for a few months now and always liked their service. Yes, there have been problems over the past few weeks, primarily caused by Hostgator. I also think the move to HostWinds wasn't a good one as the site is acting very dodgy these days. Maybe they could have given HOstgator a chance. Their uptime is pretty good.
Anyways, I just wanted to say that I am not going to claim my lifetime coupon because of all these issues as I feel it would be like hitting a guy when he is down. Lanbo offers a very good service and I believe he is working hard to restore everything to normal. Until then, hold tight people. Let the coupon claims slide! I am sure the service will run flawlessly in a couple of days!

in my experience your previous host was better. Yes there was a outage with many webmaster.
I have serveral issues like loadtime and page load time.. since you have migrated to your new server.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback - we had added in an additional 3 web servers to further insure stability, when we switched to our new host.
Please elaborate or explain what you mean by the loadtime issues so we can investigate further into this.
