Thanks for sending a PM, I used your "contact us" form on the site to get assistance. Your customer support was not good. I received the following message:
"Hi, thank you for contacting us - we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your account.
It appears that your site is not ranking for a few of the Bing / Yahoo keywords.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding any specific keyword(s)."
Either your customer support person cut/pasted a generic response or simply ignored my issue.
50% of my keyword/domain combinations are missing ranks in Bing and Yahoo. In the vast majority of these cases, my domain has more than one page ranking on the front page for a given keyword. In every single case, my domain has one page ranking within the top 100 of Bing and Yahoo.
I have sent a follow-up email. Please reply through email.

Thanks for following up with a reply email, but your email simply mentioned that would be "beginning an investigation shortly". I am still missing 50% of my Bing and Yahoo ranks and 8% of my Google ranks. Is there a temporary problem with your data feed or is this a more serious issue?
