hi, signed up last week, i sent a ticket this morning, but had no reply.. basically a few of my keywords have are saying rank 299 when they are not, they are actually rank 1 in google, when do a manual search or use another rank checker? also can you send me a coupon lifetime? and is there any facility on serpbook that can pick up other "keywords/search terms" that are being used when hitting me domain? like webmaster tools has? or if not can recommend any search terms? i think serpbook should have a little video tutorial for actual uses?

We optimized the auto-table sorter a few days ago which might explain this weird sorting bug.

When you click on the Google icon for the first time, it should sort the chart from 1 to unranked, then reverse that table when it is clicked again.

Please send a PM containing what you are experience in detail so we can take a look (screenshots will help).

Hi, there, an email was already sent out to you on March 12th, 2013 - the dash represents an unranked keyword, or no movement changes.

Thank you for your feedback - company logos/urls/descriptions can be added in by updating your settings.

2. Can you check for a specific page instead of a domain?
3. When checking a domain, will it check for inner pages as well?
3. Can you run the SERP check on mobile search engines? (m.google.com)

Hi there, thank you for your interest.

1. You can bulk import your URLs/KWs in the url1.com:keyword1 format.
2. Yes, you can use the "Exact URL" feature to track a specific inner page.
3. Yes, it will report back the first ranking URL unless specific (see #2).
4. We accurately report back Google results, so Google.com should have the same results as m.google.com.
