just started using serpbook last week I had a few issues with my other provider so I thought this was worth a shot with such good feedback and so far it has been nothing but brilliant for my needs, saves a lot of effort and is so much smoother than my old provider and looking forward to building up my subscription as time goes on.

Hey, it was an error check to help prevent invalid category name inputs - it should be working with your category name now.

New SerpBook update will load category pages up to 50 times faster.

Is there a way to change the settings so it only checks the main url? I thought there was but can't seem to find that option now

I am having some trouble getting accurate results for my local clients. Anything Global through google.com is great rankings are very accurate however I run a local business in Canada and even when i select google.ca from the list the rankings are inaccurate. My client is on page 3 when manually checked (from three different computers) however Serpbook is saying rank 241. Any solutions ?

Hi there, to track the main URL only (ie. http://domain.com/) - you will have to tick off "exact" when adding in a new keyword/domain.

Hi - SerpBook accurately tracks Google.ca, it's most likely a configuration error. Please check your PM for a solution.

Finally somehow subscribed results are mostly accurate and the only issue is chart downloaded doesn't looks proper the image is scattered...
