Something is short of 100% today, every project we track with you guys is way off. Any ETA on a fix for this?

An update was added in last night at 4am - we discovered there was a bug in the update this morning that caused all the rankings to report back incorrectly and immediately fixed this - all of your rankings should be updated back to normal within one hour or so.

Thanks, the ranks are back to normal for me.

My rankings are way off still. I'll check back in a little bit to see if they settle to where they really are.

Yep, only now a ton of projects show a drop when it's really just a correction back to normal.

Hi, we're currently collecting feedback on how often we should send out an email notifying you there has been a new alert.

So do you think we should send an email every time there is a new alert? (it can get spammy)

You should make an option on where the user can decide for each keyword at what interval he or she wants an email. I think that would be the best option

Thanks for your input, but some people with 1000 keywords might find this too hectic. I'll figure out a good interval for this though!

Well you could add a feature that sets the default to a reasonable time and then have another option to "change all" at once

Yes there is - click on the chart icon to pull up the historical ranking chart.

I think it would be nice if you provide options for notifications.

*Every time notification
*Daily digest

and later on you can customize the notifications if possible. Like Notify only when a rank increase etc..
