When I click the alert the navbar of Mozilla shows "http://serpbook.com/serp/alerts.php" but that site never appears and it just load and load on the same page (the Home for example).

Hey, just noticed a bug with accessing alerts from a mobile device - this has been now fixed.

Can you tell me if it's working for you now?

yep worked one issue is my rankings are showing 0 evn though in a manual search there showing do i just need to wait for a update

Hmm... one of my keywords is still showing 0 in the rank and according to slimstat inside wordpress I am receiving hits on that keyword. At this time 23 hits in a week, and most of them from the US. Why isn't serpbook showing me the real rank? The website is 1 week+ old btw.

Hi, why are you comparing SerpBook's results to another statistic website's results? Check the actual ranking yourself with a USA webproxy, try using this one: http://2.hidemyass.com/ip-6/encoded/Oi8vd3d3Lmdvb2dsZS5jb20v
