Particular website in question is in Google but Serpbook records it as not there? Also PR is showing correct 4 our of 6 keywords but they are all for the route domain so should all show the same PR?

Or does is only search for rank in the normal google.com?

Our PR data is updated every couple of days, the next check should come soon if you haven't received one in a while.
