hi lanbo just wanted to see if i was the only one experiencing this but it seems like the pr section has gone a bit haywire today Il be very happy if my brand new site is pr5 but I thought you should be made aware of this

This bug has been fixed - it was caused to a recent update checking PRs.

I started an account and loved the bulk upload feature. Tracking looks good for now and it shows nice graphs for all the keywords. The interface is well polished and easy to use. Compared to serpfox, they have a better interface and a lot more features. I will have to see if my keywords will be tracked properly. Nevertheless, for now this looks like a great service.

One more thing, what is the difference between "-" and "??" in the ranking URL box?

I have been using your service for a few months now and it is a great! I would like to second the vote for better mobile support. On my iphone and ipad the charts view gets a little unstable if you adjust the zoom, it usually crashes my browser. Awesome product 8))

Hi there,

"??" means that SerpBook is still gathering data.
"-" means that SerpBook is reporting back a rank as being unranked (not in the top 300).

I got a review copy a few days ago for 25 keywords and I love it.

It got a simple layout and is really easy to use. The results are also very accurate.

I would like there to be an option when creating category to chooes language and location. I now have to do it manually whenever I add a new keyword. It's not necessary, but would be a good addition for everyone having foreign sites.

Besides that it's a great tool, and it's web based. No installation, proxies required. Just login and add your keywords. Thanks for this great tool lanbo.
