Switching from this service ASAP.

I just came back to my account and saw a black friday deal, but apparently that deal isn't for anyone who wants to re-subscribe, they only offer this to new users and people who want to upgrade plans but if you don't have a plan and want to start it again, that doesn't work. So they rather have $0 than have me restart tracking for my website at $15 a month.... incredible business strategy .

And the funny part is, their website has no other options for me other than the black friday deal to change my plan.... so I can't spend money there or re-subscribe at all....

Stay away - awful customer service.

They truly fell off, no longer recommend.
