TAT and communication
He is pretty responsive and detail-oriented. All his replies were detailed and included most of the things, so I didn't have to ask him back. TAT was reasonable and delivered my site within a week, which is excellent.
Silo
So I had to provide three main keywords that I wished to target, which would be main silos or categories. I offered those, and he provided some valuable insights and suggestions on my input, so I ended up implementing those. They were good suggestions and showed he knows how SEO and Silo work.
Topic research
For every Silo, there was extensive research included. Three folders had every detail you need to know to outrank your competitors and format your content. The report included a competitive analysis, which outlines details about your competitors. You could see how your competitors format the content, the number of words they use, images, alt text, etc.
Next was the competitor outlines, which included the outline of your competitors' articles! This was helpful since I didn't have to visit every ranking site and check their content. I have to plug it into the AI tool and generate snippets!
The related questions report was next on the list. It had related questions to your topic, which can be used for PAA-based sites. This is helpful since you do not have to scrape these manually; all these questions are from Google.
Next, we had essential terms, Alt text reports, and Outbound link suggestions. The important words are similar to what the SurferSeo suggests so that you can include them in your articles. These are again generated from the competitors. For alt reports, as mentioned earlier, these are all the alt text that the competitors are using. It can be suitable for quickly analyzing what to use with your images.
As you have guessed, the Outbound links suggestion has a list of links you can link to from your articles.
SEO suggestions and additional keywords
The SEO suggestions had a file with actions you need to take to rank for that particular keyword. I am unsure how these are generated, but these are similar to SurferSEO.
Last, the long tail keywords were included, which looked like low competition. They were long tails with low volume, so it should be reasonably easy to rank if you target them.
Website Design
The design was simple, with its own theme, and had minimal clutter. The font size was large, had no funky colors, and was lightweight. The homepage was designed using the silo articles, and they were linked to silos.
The Silo plugin that they were using looked good. Implementing silos using this plugin was simple: to have category descriptions and link new posts. I have implemented silos in the past using WP pages, and it was a pain. This makes it relatively easy to maintain.
Security setup
OP had even set up a security plugin, and all recommended steps were implemented. The login page was changed, there was a captcha, etc. The report included the new login URL as well.
Caching and Backup system
For caching, they used the Litespeed cache plugin for WordPress. This plugin works and has evolved quite well in the past. Since Hostmato (this is where my review site is hosted) uses a Litespeed server, it will be helpful in that case. I don't know if that plugin works for Nginx-based sites.
The backup plugin was a premium one, which had integration with a lot of providers. This is similar to what UpdraftPlus offers and has most of the features. Given that it is free of life, it will be beneficial.
After implementing all the changes related to caching and security, I got a perfect score of 100 for desktop for my site and 90+ for mobile. So, overall the site is fast and has a beautiful design.
AI plugin
This is the essential part! The AI plugin integrates well with the Gutenberg editor and generates proper headings and content. It uses OpenAI to create outlines. Using these outlines, you can generate content using OpenAI. You need to add your API key to the plugin, and it will create the content without leaving your WP dashboard. Not only that, but you also have the option to check for grammar or translate content using OpenAI. This is a helpful plugin.
Conclusion - My thoughts
Overall, it is an excellent service to get started with AI-based sites. These still need to be completely automated, and you still need to generate content. Generating content is accessible with the prompts and should not take more than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this service!
