Hi, I've checked the statistics for the accounts for 2 days and I have them on warm up settings. The following was fine, but the "punch likes" that come after follows have a problem. Each account successfully made 1 like (on first account it followed) and then 8 errors with likes (each account is the same). Do you know what causes this? Thanks!
I've sent a support ticket yesterday, no answer yet. Don't you guys reply on weekends?

It's possible that this is a proxy issue. Tickets can take up to 72 hours to receive an answer if it's a complicated issue, but most are answered in under 24 hours. It really seems like a proxy issue, though.

I would like that you can set a black list of hashtags on follow action to skip some profiles. Search for a hashtag in a profile and you found it, skip that account.

Well, I am using IPv6 proxies. If it's a problem issue, then I guess I can't really change that now, since that would be a red flag :/

Let's say I want to post at midnight in Los Angeles.. how do I know what timezone the tool refers to?

If you click on "Accounts", "Actions", and then "Settings", on a particular account, you can set the timezone. This then alters the Planner tool, posting schedules, and everything else.

@IGKing I changed username in Followplanner, it showed the username is updated, but now in Accounts -> it is showing old username and not new, If I try to update bio it is showing new username already taken

Yeah, I had the same issue. Messaged support, they've fixed it today. Now it shows fine, but yeah, you can't save it with the same username. The way I do it is just change to a different username for now. But in the future I believe everything will update right away, when you change the username the first time.

Hi every week there's a new bug, now if I set the post to be published at 7pm the app publish it 2 hours before...
at least he fixed previous bugs
the support is very slow and give poor answers

I need a german proxy and i pay 5$ a month.

Actually I switched to different IPv6 provider and now likes work much better Sometimes there are still errors, but much less often. I think it's a question of how saturated the proxy provider is, not the type of proxy (shared are not a good idea either way, though). Proxy6 was horrible, I think because everyone is buying from them
