btw man i cant setup transferwise they ask me to put 20gbp in it to get the gbp bank details but i cant transfer it they give error. is it due to me paying from my middle east card for gbp activation? if so i even tried adding money to usd in transferwise through payoneer but it didnt work.

How exactly did it not work ? Try converting from USD to GBP in Payoneer. Open a GBP balance in Transferwise, and send 20 GBP from Payoneer to that Transferwise GBP balance. That should work.

Otherwise get screenshot(s) of the error(s) you get and send them to Payoneer/Transferwise when you contact them. Good Luck.

Try to link it the usual way as you would normally link any bank account or card. If that doesn't work, you can just ask Payoneer for another bank account. Ask them if that new bank will work with Paypal, if they seem a little hesitant just say you were just wondering. They might just give you one that'll work with Paypal straight out the box.
