Hi, I have a website which I planned to put sale on Flippa, and I need your advice for how do I make it more better sales pitch. Because I tried flippa for couple of domains and never got any success . So help me out.

Could you give me an idea how much should I put for price on it and sample for good sales pitch.

flippa a bad choice to sell antyhink .

what ever you do use escrow only

get a value on the Pinterest account and fb account , see what others sell them for as active accounts (( might do really well))

any domain stats please ?

for the website $1800 so far , domain stats might bump it a bit ..

keyword 's postioning and niche might bump it also up.

what your spam score
what your da score
what your tf score
how many keywords in google
how many top 5 kw position in google .
how many backlinks .
any top backlink websites backlinking.

as you can see there much more data needed .

i would go thru it like a toothbrush before selling it.(( get as much as possible ))

If I put 24 months of income, it comes around $7,200

I forgot to mention DA -35 PA -38 and backlinks from Buzzfeed , Wikihow, and more ...

Also, I have 400 clients emails who regularly contribute to my site for a fee.

So I would think the price you mentioned is bit low.
