Hey, I run CPA Ads, and a growing Ad Account Business, mostly specializing in Facebook Ads Accounts, Bing, and Payment Methods.
I am wanting to either learn (I will pay or exchange knowledge for knowledge, up to you) how to create and handle Adwords accounts, so I can train my farming team to do the same and then we sell them, or to find someone who currently has a solid grasp and track record of succesful Adwords Account Farming and Handling. I would like to JV with that person to sale thier Adwords accounts in my store eventually.

I have ran adwords MCC for past 6 years for brick and mortar service businesses if your interested.
