No. Its system jut updated! Example: 2010 SEO techniques not work in 2020, just like that 2022-23 SEO not work this time. Just update technique.

Google's leaning heavily into user signals, EEAT, and AI-generated summaries. That said, long-tail, niche sites, topical authority, and programmatic SEO still crush it if you're smart about it. SEO's not dead, lazy SEO is.

First focus on getting the site stable again. Make sure it’s accessible, pages are returning proper status codes, and nothing important is blocked from crawling. Once it’s up, resubmit key pages in Search Console and watch for errors or indexing issues.

SEO isn’t dead, it’s just harder and slower than it used to be. The shortcuts died. Sites that are technically solid, useful, and trusted still grow, it just takes more patience now.

Your website not ranking does not mean that SEO is dead. You just have evolve with time and use new approach.

AI engine grabs data from search engine. so whoever says SEO is dead, dont bother. Just do it. SEO is still young.
