banks in my country dosnt provide vcc thats the problem...

I can but I will not do this - because bank acc is in my name. $0 means that you have to put at least some $$ - $4 and up, and you will get that $4 on your card. So vcc worth toy you $0

i want to be able make deposit on vcc and then make purchases with vcc. and i think your method not gonna work...

You should be resident of my country, than open 1st bank acc in bank. Than you can open and close vcc online
 
Revolut, they're 5$ each and once you have bought one they can be switched out for new ones. Maximum you can have is 7 though.

You tried them yourself ?
i tried some of them.
Neteller: not works for usa resident and you have send the documents.
Revolut: not works for usa resident.and you have deposit 15$ to be able make vcc
Privacy: you should have online bank account to be able make vcc
iCard: not works on usa apple id country.
EcoPayz: not works for usa resident
 
Didn't @Meddie run a VCC business a while ago?

Maybe you are kind enough to drop a full guide to forum how such business model works.
