i always bought item from aliexpress with virtual debit card. u can try searching a bank in ur country who give u some kind vcc.

banks in my country dosnt provide vcc thats the problem...

Bro there were many companies who used to provide VCCs.
but all are now closed or changed their policies.
Specially entropay.
after entropay its very hard to get VCCs.

there is many sellers on bhw who provides virtual credit card but they are so expensive...
and i tried many methods and websites to make virtual credit card but none of them works right. now im looking for methods and websites that provides virtual credit card.mostly i need vcc to make purchases with my usa aliexpress account. if you know just let me know...
(also i can send my united states documents If needed, passport,utility bill,ssn document )

You should be resident of my country, than open 1st bank acc in bank. Than you can open and close vcc online

Revolut, they're 5$ each and once you have bought one they can be switched out for new ones. Maximum you can have is 7 though.

i tried some of them.
Neteller: not works for usa resident and you have send the documents.
Revolut: not works for usa resident.and you have deposit 15$ to be able make vcc
Privacy: you should have online bank account to be able make vcc
iCard: not works on usa apple id country.
EcoPayz: not works for usa resident
