Yes, we still do ( @ciupanezul11 actually ) ; but free + USA resident is almost impossible ( I say that because I am not sure what can appear tomorrow on market )

For what he wants ... nothing - because it is limited to a set of documents from a particular US citizen. And he can do much with that.

For your limitations outside EEA, the only CHEAP option that could or could not work is PRIVACY.COM since you don't have the resources to open an account with them; what you are asking is practically impossible. All VCC issued in EEA has address linked to it since they are issued in countries inside EEA and from tomorrow all VCC / CC issued inside EEA will be more secure.

true the internet is getting more secure day after day and that’s not just vcc for everything . I know that in future for a single gmail account you should upload many documents. and about privacy.com I test them before you need online banking account to be able get there vcc and I have payoneer bank account and that’s not working in there system .

i have dropshipping store and i need the way to make purchase on aliexpress.com to start my business.(my website is ready)
i also verified my aliexpress alipay account with my usa documents. the only method i can pay with now is bitcoin and webmoney. and aliexpress.com dosnt accept bitcoin and about my webmoney i registered on it with Asia informations and i think its risk to use it on my webmoney on my aliexpress account.
