Hey guys, I have a question about web 2.0 backlinks. But first, from my understanding of seo experts, it is possible to have 1 in depth article among others on your website to appear on google's first page. So let's say I own a health website and I want to rank for a super in-depth diabetes article, I could go ahead and get quality backlinks and referral links for that article.

My question for web 2.0 is that should I be posting my naked URL or the permalink of the article that I want to rank for? Because it seems like most web 2.0 submissions are naked urls

You are mixing two things up. Your website content is different from web2.0s that you use for backlinks. You need mixed anchors as backlinks.
