I need some suggestions guidance about google ads and facebook ads

which are the best tools to find keywords for both or tell me some other way from which i can find good keywords for both ads

For Google, I may suggest Mangools KWFinder. Relatively cheap, although technically could do fine with KWP if you know how to run campaigns properly (it's more about your tracker than the keywords themselves)

For FB is more about audiences and interests. Personally, I've been using Interest Explorer tool for a good while, but I have to admit that lately is not as great as in the past few years. So basically I would prefer to use the same keyword list I took from Mangools and check for relevant pages straight in the FBM Detailed Targeting prompt.

How are you going to track your results.
Just by using the FB Ads insights?
I would use a real tracker like Voluum or Prosper.

Check for FB Ads courses and CPM courses in general. You are going into a very complex world without any knowledge, you are going to waste your money recklessly.
 
I have used peerclick and branch as a tracker. peerclick too complicated and they don't do step by step guide for setup. branch is more user friendly but I don't know the accuracy of the data. the campaign ads records to the tracker data is always different. just sharing my experience from this platform.
