Hi friends, I have a shopify website 6 months old, making revenue of $1200 / month.
Been steady. Flippa Valuation gives me price of $18000 - $31000
But............ Bullshit. I'm just going to sell for less than 10k.
--
However upon making decision to put listing on Flippa, I have no experience in this field.
Some people tell me that it's a bullshit to just take the highest plan ($260 I believe)
Should I take the $260 plan?
--
Is Flippa reliable? I've seen few posts here saying Flippa create a shitty listing and sell it
(Made by Flippa, bid by Flippa, and "Marked SOLD by Flippa" itself)
Is it even legit selling sites anymore?
Many many people claiming that it is not as good as what it used to be..
--
I mean, $260 is $260.
I'm not super rich so, I'm thinking and I really need help if someone can direct me to the right path sicne I'm new to this platform.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

PS: Please don't ask me my flippa link / something.. I only ask for suggestion and I don't wanna get in trouble for selling website here (Genuinely please do not)
Sorry if it sounds harsh, due to the fact that I've been warned 1 time by mod before so I have to state this..

Flippa is good, however you have to be reasonable and careful. People tend to be more truthful in the past...

I would go with basic, "featured" listings don't get much bigger attention than normal ones imo. Usually the fair price is 10-12x the monthly profit, anything more is not realistic (unless there's something new and unique), anything less looks fishy. I think 10k is a great price and should sell without problem.

Lots of website selling is going on and I've never had problems with it (bought for about 20k till date and sold for about 80k till date, and that's only websites. I mainly do apps). Flippa takes quite a bit cut for itself, but Flippa escrow offers a good protection for both, buyer and seller.

Their most basic package will work fine if your site is appealing.

If your site isn't appealing to buyers, it won't sell no matter which package you buy. The opposite is also true.
