The emoji thing is true. If you are overdoing it in your ad you will get rejected. This aspect is categorized as "circumventing systems"

Did you ever got rejected? I'm doing FB advertising full time for years, using emojis for my campaigns and all the clients, and never ever had a problem. The theory is one thing, actual practice is something completely else.

There are a thousand rules, that you can interpret as you wish. Another one is never using 'YOU' in the ad - which is not true. You can use 'you/your' easily as a question. The reason they have this 'rule' is people claiming to make them money/lose weight - 'We will make YOU money...' type of copy.

I am doing it for more than 4 years. I know what I'm talking about.

This couldn't be farther from the truth. Where do people get this kind of info?! :D

@snpr8080 There could be a thousand reasons. If you really promoted before/after images at the beginning your account might got flagged, and even if you open a new account, your IP/device/location could be flagged as well and you will have similar problems.
yeah thats my guess. I got a clean account sort of as an insurance policy lol but could you tell me if the country in which my ad account/BM is based and the payment method im using is based in a different country will cause me to get flagged and banned?
for example; if my account is based in romania but the payment method is linked to the USA, will that get me flagged and/or banned?
If so, is there anything I can do to try and reduce that risk (besides having account & payment method based in same country)?

I know what @MMJason means, but it's not against emojis in general it's because some ads are overloaded with unnecessary emojis and Facebook is considering this as low quality and a poor UX. So basically, both of you guys are right in a certain degree. ;)

It has been sometime ago I picked up fb ads disapproval list. I mean this must be some good few years old so I am sure there must be more stuff added to it, but it is still relevant for some checks. Maybe there is something you are missing.
