Facebook Ads Keep Getting Rejected

My ads keep getting rejected and I'm not sure why. I've read their Advertising Policy and Facebook doesn't even provide a reason for rejecting the ads, they just say "you're violating advertising policy. we reserve the right to reject any ads...."

I've made sure not to include any personal attributes or specific words (example: you, your) and I'm not advertising prohibited products. I'm just dropshipping but man its getting super demoralizing when all your ads keep getting rejected.

What should I do? Do I start a new BM? Is there a guide to getting ads approved or a resource I can use?

(BTW, i'm using my personal profile which I've had for more than 10 years)

I'm pretty sure you're breaking the Ads Policies! If you provide an example of one of your rejected Ads, we can have a look and suggest you what to change.

*Keep in mind that your LP is also considered as part of an Ad.

It's everything about trust, I have been there. It's fucking annoying. Contact their live support and tell them how disappointed you are and sometimes it's not your fault but their algorithm. After a few appeals. They will not reject your ads anymore.

Using lots of emoji's and website / landing page URL in ad post may be the reason in case if you use them. Which is totally against fb Advertising Policy.

Always double-check your ads. Grammar, punctuation, the amount of text… all these matter!

I advice you to share the screenshot of your ad copy here to analyze the exact reason.

Without seeing the ad, it is difficult to pinpoint the reason.
My guess is the subject itself - dropshipping.
In their eyes it does not offer any value to their user base.
Have you tried writing a dropshipping post with a link to your blog and boosting that post?

Hey guys! Thanks for the responses

So to be fully honest, some of initial ads were were teetering on the edge of violating policy. however, once I completely edited out words and before/after pics that may trip up Fb algorithm, ads whether image or video that were 100% plain and not provocative in anyway were still being rejected.

I'm not sure if the ad account or BM as a whole has been flagged as 'low trust' or something but I think I'm gonna try publishing a picture of a toaster or something to see whether its my account that has been flagged.

I scoured through their business help page and cannot find a single way to contact live support. For some reason, I think its only offered to US based advertisers which sucks cause I'm based in canada :(

The LP being subject to ad policy was something I forgot about and so I completely revamped my LP. Something tells me my business manager & ad accounts within it are categorized as low quality or almost blacklisted so all ads will be rejected.

Also, the worst part of is all is for all my rejected ads they have not provided a single reason as to why their being rejected...The notification i consistenly receive with rejected ads is something like "Your ads are in violation of policy. We reserve the right to reject any ads"

Facebook usually tells you the reason for the ban, just look it up again and pay attention.

Also, if you cannot really figure out why this happens, you should share things like: your ad and your landing page otherwise there is no way for us to judge what really happened.

And don't listen to people that say "you are definitely breaking ad policies". Sometimes, it happens even if you are not breaking an ad policy. It is their algo some of the time.

It is also interesting to know when the ban happens. Is it fast within 20 minutes of you submitting it? or does it take a few hours?

Hey guys, I'm coming to the conclusion that its probably best to restart with a clean account. One that cannot be traced to my IP, mac address etc. If anyone can point me in the direction to learn more about how to go about doing this, that would super helpful

Nope no reason provided. For all rejected ads i've received the message "Your ads are in violation of policy. We reserve the right to reject any ads"
I've heard that people who are running the most white hat campaigns with products that aren't in anyway prohibited have to resort to churning ad accounts or creating clean ones that aren't linked to them at all

They certainly don't "create" accounts, they just buy them. There are a dozens of things that facebook looks at when you have an ad account and want to use it right away. You cannot just simply create them.

You have done nothing to share what you are doing, how are we supposed to help you then? It could be ANY reason as to why you are getting rejected:

- Your niche is forbidden
- You are cloaking and FB is figuring it out
- Certain innocent javascripts are falsely diagnosed as "harmful"
- Your ad text: too many emojis, being too explicit, etc etc

We need to know what your ad and your landing page are. If we don't know that there is nothing we can do for you.

If you had many issues on the account before it could be one of the reasons, but if you didn't - I doubt that getting a new account will help.
Have you tried sending message to support or live chat?

Sorry, but not true. Facebook don't necessarily provide an exact reason for the rejection. Mostly if you don't see any hint, why it was rejected it's because your Ad breaks mutiple polcies.

@MMJason yes indeed, sometimes Ads are getting rejected wrongly. Bear in mind, every Ad is AI reviewed and machines are making mistakes, but once you appeal a rejected Ad they will do a manual review it. If your ads still getting rejected, then you definitely break 1 or mutiple policies.

@snpr8080 you said, something tells you that your business manager & ad accounts are categorized as low quality. This is actually very likely...

But like mentioned above, it could be anything without seeing an example of one of your rejected ads or the according LP, it's keep guessing.

This couldn't be farther from the truth. Where do people get this kind of info?! :D

@snpr8080 There could be a thousand reasons. If you really promoted before/after images at the beginning your account might got flagged, and even if you open a new account, your IP/device/location could be flagged as well and you will have similar problems.

The emoji thing is true. If you are overdoing it in your ad you will get rejected. This aspect is categorized as "circumventing systems"
