Does Bit.ly links have low CTRs nowadays?

Hey, I am noticing that my bit.ly links have very low CTRs. I am using a custom name in the link but still.
People are engaging with me in a good way on the niche topic but damn, I'm not getting that much clicks.

Should I use rebrandly or weebly or a direct landing page? Can't use goo.gl as you know google does not like CB products link.

I can't get a custom domain now due to fund issue otherwise would have already done it.

Also, for some campaigns, I am using unbounce landing page and using their default URL like - unbouncepages.getniche.com and still not getting clicks. Maybe people don't like that domain name?

So, what is the solution to this to get more clicks?
