I guess that only anti-detection browsers can provide unlimited profiles to mimic separate computer environments.

Performing mass actions on the same device or simply rotating IPs is not enough to remain undetected by advanced platforms that people use to automate bulk accounts on,

such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

I am curious about how these providers accomplish this.

Do they use custom software,

or are they actually utilizing anti-detection browsers with automation scripts?

When compared to buying mass actions (DM / mention e.t.c.) service from them,

is that much costly to hire freelancer to develop this kind of system?

they all use this russian software, I forgot the name but it is mentioned here several times.
There is also greyhatnick selling something here.

I am wondering how they manage all the accounts. Some claim they send 50 million DMs per day, that would mean they have millions of IG accounts.
Sounds insane somehow.

I just have heard of that Russian software.

However they still need bulk sms cards to verify accounts

I think they make their own bot, software and stuff to run this DM things.

accounts are sold @ 3 cents per account, then they send until it gets banned after several 100 messages.

Instaccountmanager
Is the software name… and people are using their own home made 4g proxy for that…
