I had a brutal case of sciatica 2.5yrs ago. I was ready to try anything to relieve the torture that had me not only house-bound but crawling for 3 weeks. Its hard for me to run as I have bulging disc in my neck... I just need to be more active and not to have pain when exercising that would really make me happy.
Thank you ... Squatting while doing dishes cracked me up imagining it in my headI work online and sit at a desk most of the time, so to get exercise I create a good mobility routine that not only keeps me healthy but takes care of cleanliness. For example, before I go to bed at night I'll leave dishes in the sink soaking in dish washing liquid. And I'll leave a few small things around me that need to be completed the next day.
I'll take a short break every two hours and walk around for 20 minutes. While doing dishes I'll do squats, if the dishes are done from my last break I'll make some coffee, use the restroom just to get moving. I'll have dumb bells by my computer chair and I'll lift them one by one, alternating arms while sitting at my desk to think. If I get tired of lifting with my arms I'll kick each of my legs out while sitting. I'll give a shower twice a day and lift weights in the shower and then brush my teeth and shave my face in there too without a mirror. I hope my routine helps you in your journey to become a better representation of you while achieving your financial goals. You deserve the best and I wish you a lot of success.
Yep sure do lemme know if that works outCurrently, my daily positive affirmation is this: "I eat cookies and I lose weight". Will let you know if it helps![]()
lol, I don't do squat I feel dizzy after 3~5 times. Also I worry this movement will change my ass too fat / big.I work online and sit at a desk most of the time, so to get exercise I create a good mobility routine that not only keeps me healthy but takes care of cleanliness. Whether inversion will help YOUR case in your neck depends. If it's due to stenosis (sorry you just got a bad roll of the die in the gene pool) it will not help. For your back not neck.Neck is ok?

I am now a fan of inversion tables. My back (my issue was lower back but if it's a herniation and not due to spinal stenosis), it's worth investigating for your neck. I never had a bad back until a lifting injury triggered the accumulating herniation that all bipeds acquire.
However my back feels better now than when I was 20. And I have no doubt that if I had an MRI, that my disks (cartilage) would look thick and hydrated.
Tip: Inversion, at least initially, is not comfortable for many people. It took me a couple months to work up to FULL inversion. (BTW, full inversion is not necessary). Thanks I am going to get one I wish I thought if it earlier. Thanks @4wheeler
