If my internet business would be as good as my body, I'd be earning 150$ on autopilot per day. :-/

wow!!! 1000 LBs ..that will take me at least 2 years to be ther might be able to achieve that in leg push up :D .... When did you start how long you been in doing it?

Haha if you can bench press what you mentioned in the OP you are probably already there. The 1000lb club is a total of 1000lbs lifted between bench press, squat, and deadlift.

I still don't even know my true max on those, but I guarantee it's no more than 180lbs on the bench, 250lbs on the squat (to parallel), and maybe 240lbs or so on the deadlift, so I've got a long way to go.

Good Luck Brah.. Damn good Job I hope I can get even half of that off
Thanks man.

My turning point was realising that cardio mixed with weights really made the difference. I do cardio 2 times a week, dumbbells once a week and one session with a mix of both.

Its hard for me to run as I have bulging disc in my neck... I just need to be more active and not to have pain when exercising that would really make me happy.
I had a brutal case of sciatica 2.5yrs ago. I was ready to try anything to relieve the torture that had me not only house-bound but crawling for 3 weeks.
I am now a fan of inversion tables. My back (my issue was lower back but if it's a herniation and not due to spinal stenosis), it's worth investigating for your neck. I never had a bad back until a lifting injury triggered the accumulating herniation that all bipeds acquire.
However my back feels better now than when I was 20. And I have no doubt that if I had an MRI, that my disks (cartilage) would look thick and hydrated.

I work online and sit at a desk most of the time, so to get exercise I create a good mobility routine that not only keeps me healthy but takes care of cleanliness. For example, before I go to bed at night I'll leave dishes in the sink soaking in dish washing liquid. And I'll leave a few small things around me that need to be completed the next day.

I'll take a short break every two hours and walk around for 20 minutes. While doing dishes I'll do squats, if the dishes are done from my last break I'll make some coffee, use the restroom just to get moving. I'll have dumb bells by my computer chair and I'll lift them one by one, alternating arms while sitting at my desk to think. If I get tired of lifting with my arms I'll kick each of my legs out while sitting. I'll give a shower twice a day and lift weights in the shower and then brush my teeth and shave my face in there too without a mirror. I hope my routine helps you in your journey to become a better representation of you while achieving your financial goals. You deserve the best and I wish you a lot of success.

Thank you ... Squatting while doing dishes cracked me up imagining it in my head :D:D

I started my IM journey nearly a decade ago. I did some thing at the beginning - worked out at the gym 4 days a week for a few weeks - quit it. Trained Krav Maga for a year, averagely, 1.5 times a week. I got too many bruises so I quit. Half year later I found out swing dancing.

At first, I had 2 classes a week, couple months later I was dancing 8 days a week. Basically, every day and twice on Sundays. I still dance 3.5 years later. Averagely 3-4 times a week. I get to travel the world (mostly Europe though) for swing dancing camps and festivals. It is a great fun. Within first 8 months of starting swing dancing, I lost 20 KGs (40 pounds, 3.5 stones??). So, from 100 KG down to 80. I think my weight is right, considering my height is 1 metre 73 cm.

Currently, my daily positive affirmation is this: "I eat cookies and I lose weight". Will let you know if it helps :D

Yep sure do lemme know if that works out :D

I recently started learning a martial art which is starting to get me a bit fitter than I have been up until now. I think its very important to exercise and since starting this hobby I feel like everything is improving along with it - healthy body, healthy mind as they say.

lol, I don't do squat I feel dizzy after 3~5 times. Also I worry this movement will change my ass too fat / big.

For your back not neck. :) Neck is ok?
Whether inversion will help YOUR case in your neck depends. If it's due to stenosis (sorry you just got a bad roll of the die in the gene pool) it will not help.
If the issue is a herniation that is brushing against the spinal cord (that is what causes the pain) inversion may improve the health and condition of the cartilage (disks). You want them spongy and hydrated. Inversion for 3min/day gives them a chance to hydrate, expand & decompress.
I felt the difference when inverted immediately but noticed the difference in the health of my spine after 4mths. (btw, also gained that half inch in height and returned to the height I had just after college :-)
I cycle 7000miles/yr on a road bike. I would not be able to do that w/o back maintenance - inverting for a few minutes.
Better than anything including deep issue massage or chiro (after my bout w/sciatica).

Some exercises are not to be advised depending on an individual's body type and medical history. Regardless of these factors, however, it's always important to keep the human body moving so that fresh oxygen can be pumped into the blood stream and allow for impurities to flush. Sometimes our bodies are fine, and our medical histories can be rewritten with just a bit of exercise and a clean organic diet devoid of processed sugars and ready-made (microwavable and overly processed) meals.

If you're getting dizzy or high while trying to perform squats it means you suffer from poor blood flow and a deficiency of oxygen to the brain. Basically what's happening is that you don't do them enough so your capillaries have shrunk, everything in you is starving for more, and not enough oxygen gets through. Instead of doing squats do something easier in the beginning. For example, stand in front of a wall and place both hands in front of you as if you're ready to perform a standing push-up, and then fall towards the wall until you're pushing the wall away from you. Go slow at first and speed it up every week. Do that every day for a month. Force your self to do a little bit ever day, and you'll notice a tremendous difference.

I wouldn't worry about the features of your ass for right now, the human body is a remarkable machine that can be molded into anything. I would only focus on getting the body used to moving at first and then you can focus on the aesthetics of sculpting it to your desired look.

Thanks I am going to get one I wish I thought if it earlier. Thanks @4wheeler

I used to be big into bodybuilding weighed about 260 Im 6'1 I quit for about 15 years and ended up weighing 330lbs just a fat pig, one day my son saw an old photo of me from way back when and he said "dang dad WTF happened to you" 5 years ago I joined a gym and I am now back to my original weight and now at 50 can lift what I did when I was in my twenties. I do an hour of cardio and 1 1/2 hours of compound strength training one body part per day 5 days a week, best part of all this for me is I still eat like crazy and suck down the beers and the exercise keeps the gut off.

Tip: Inversion, at least initially, is not comfortable for many people. It took me a couple months to work up to FULL inversion. (BTW, full inversion is not necessary).
But if you live in the US or an area that has an active Craigslist, you can find unused inversion tables for $50-90 from people who could not become comfortable inverted.
